Guys Group – This group is designed to be a supportive space where guys can make connections with others, have fun, and enhance their social and emotional well-being. Valuable skills will be taught including managing stress, reducing anger, improving communication and dealing with depression. The summer session is open to boys ages 10-14 and will meet on Mondays from 12:30 – 2:00 pm. Click here for details.

Rainbows – This program is for children and adolescents (K-12) who are dealing with major family changes such as divorce or death. The goals of the Rainbows program are to help participants understand and express their feelings, to build a stronger sense of self-esteem, and to direct their energy toward a healthy acceptance of the changes that have taken place.  The summer session will meet six times on Wednesdays from 6:00 – 7:00 pm. Click here for details.  Caring and empathetic volunteers are needed as Facilitators.
