Coordinated Services Team (CST)
Ozaukee Family Services contracts with Ozaukee County Human Services to run the Coordinated Services Team initiative in Ozaukee County. The CST initiative is a community-based team process that assists families by promoting collaboration among their service providers. This process allows a team of providers to work with parents and natural supports to achieve goals and meet the needs of youth and families in Ozaukee County.

Core Values:

  • Family-Centered

  • Builds on natural and community supports

  • Strength-Based

  • Unconditional Care

  • Collaboration across systems

  • Focus on education and work

  • Belief in growth, learning and recovery

  • Oriented to meaningful outcomes

Youth Groups
Youth groups are tailored for specific ages and are designed to give adolescents and teens tools to address social, emotional, and mental health concerns. These groups provide excellent opportunities to make positive connections with peers while learning essential coping skills. Groups address various topics that may include building self-esteem, dealing with emotions, cultivating healthy friendships, developing social skills, dealing with problems at home or school, managing daily stressors and more. Groups are offered at many area schools and in our office.

School-Based Services

Ozaukee Family Services works closely with school districts throughout the county to offer behavioral health programs right in many schools. These services include counseling, CST, youth groups and suicide prevention programs. This increases accessibility to our programs by removing barriers such as transportation and time constraints while building mental wellness among our youth.
